- **Anonymous**: "Overall not bad, but there were a couple things that put us off. The carpet is very stained upstairs. Of course, accidents happen in a pet friendly place, but it made us question how well things are cleaned between guests and it just made us feel a bit cringy. Several of the utensils were also dirty. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was dust and food crumbs underneath, and then when I sat on the corner to test out the mattress, I fell right through because the support under the mattress is completely torn. Luckily I was fine, but I then had to sleep on the regular sofa with a blanket, which was very frustrating. When I messaged Janet to let her know of the broken sofa bed, I never got an apology or response, just a generic “Hope you enjoyed your stay” when we checked out. That was the worst part. I understand things happen, but to not even acknowledge a broken bed was a bit upsetting." (6/5)
