Greenbriar Gardens area is unkept. Some units looked like they arent taken care of; falling fences, old AC units in windows, overgrown trees, rundown cars in the parking lot. 
When we arrived the air wasnt on, despite it being 80 degrees out. Ceiling fans were off. It was hot!
Inside there were scuffs and dents all over the walls, areas of chipped paint, curtins hung haphazerdly, old worn patio furniture, chipped tile in the bathrooms and mold stains, a broken chair in the kitchen, the stair railing wasent secured to the wall. 
While doing checkout instructions, we noticed that the broom badly needs to be replaced and a mop & bucket were outside on the patio exposed to the elements. Made me question the cleanliness.
I did not book this unit initially. I had booked a different PMI property which I was informed was being put on market so I was moved to this unit instead. For what I paid, I feel seriously duped." (4/5)
